On tap at ABV.
A clear light yellow with a thin white head that falls off quickly, this looks decent. The nose is dominated by Brett with straw,a little clove, a little pepper and barnyard to go with the clean straw malt. The palate opens a little thin with straw, a little honey, clove, pepper and surprisingly little saison yeast character. Hogs aren't noticeable here. Thin and drying on the finish with the more barnyard like Brett character more apparent, this beer is moderately carbonated and solid.
