On-tap served in a pint glass at Wishbeer, Bangkok.
L:
Translucent gold straw in color, it comes with white foamy head that leaves some lacing once dissipated.
S:
Very tart and sour, lemony, apple cider, acidic, sharp, some malt as a biscuit scent.
T:
Like the aroma, very tart and sour through the palate, sharp lemony, apple cider, acidic, but with some more malt sweetness and biscuit.
F:
Medium body with some crisp, rather smooth mouthfeel, refreshing feeling, very dry finish.
O:
Refreshing, still no bad offering from Heretic.

Clear yellow beer with a tiny white colored head, this could pass for a glass of Budweiser.
Smells lightly of toasted grain and a distant sourness. Mild acid and no hops not the most aromatic beer.
Starts out mildly sour with a toasted grain flavor. Little bit of grassy flavor, the acid is mild. Nothing special.
Mouthfeel is light, per the style.
Overall this is OK, not many Berliner Weiss beers out there.

Pale straw colour with fair cloud. White head, mild lace left behind. Steady bead. Good.
Funky nose; organic and quite saisony really, with a touch of lemon pith, grapefruit and melon. Pleasant; could use a ramp up on the tart factor.
Citric upfront on the palate; notes of pith, some grapefruit and kiwi. Yeasty midway with a slight funk - organic and slightly grassy. Clean, pleasant and fairly lemony. Nice.
Bit of pull and sizzle. Not really puckering, it's quite nice and smooth for what it is.
Clean and tart but not over the top. Nice Berliner Weiss.
