Had this from a sampler during pre-opening.
This is advertised as a "pre-prohibition" pilsner.
Light aroma with a hint of hops.
Yellow and slightly hazy with a white head.
Corny malt flavor is appropriate for the style, and is balanced with a nice hit of hops and about 30IBUs of bitterness.
Medium body with some fizz.
This is a light, but not a wimpy beer, and could be a real go-to beer here.
