Poured from prowler to tulip. Color and consistency of grapefruit juice, with a finger or so of white foam. Not much in the way of lacing is left. Billed as a hoppy saison (and maybe a collaboration with Brewery Vivant?) this one drinks almost like a NEIPA. Really. Lots of juicy, grapefruit and orange pith notes, cantaloupe and honeydew melon, some resinous finishes, some light crackery notes, but otherwise it's quite juicy.
