12oz pour split with my wife at the brewery.
Mostly clear, slightly salmon-amber. Light carbonation, no real head.
Smell is wine grapey and moderately tart, maybe a little oak.
Taste is tart, slightly buttery (like a chardonnay), grapes, moderate tannin.
Mouthfeel is still, a little slick. Overall, pretty good.
