On tap the brewery, served in a cute stein. I'm gonna assume that the name is German for "Kindergarten Cop."
The menu bills it simply as a lager, and the Floyds with their attention to yeastmanship are actually very good and brewing European-style lagers.
The pour is dark yellow and translucent with a very fluffy white head.
The aroma is very yeasty and very clean.
The flavor is yeasty throughout, with grass and hay nodes up front followed by more floral yeast and hops and finishing with mild, bitter European hops and a very clean finish. Excellently brewed beer.
