Hailing from the dark recesses of the galaxy, Minostarr was born in our stone fermentation tanks and combines two different yeast strains to produce bubblegum-like aromatics and a hoppy, earthy finish.

Light yellow color with white head. Yeasty and slightly sweet, the flavor has an undertone the brewery describes as reminiscent of bubblegum, which is accurate, but not overt or overpowering. Nice hops on the finish aren’t so bitter that they mess up the quaffability. Light bodied and easy drinking. Overall worth trying for fans of 3 Floyds, or fans of saisons with an open mind.
