A spicy French Saison. Fermented with a special Saison yeast this ale has heavy spice notes, mild citrus notes and a lovely warming mouthful. The perfect beer for this time of year - when it's supposed to be cooling off but just isn't.

Had this as part of the sampler flight.
Slightly hazy body; golden yellow body, no head.
Typical Saison yeast aromtas, slightly muted.
Taste was typical farmhouse/barnyard funkiness, kind of middle of the road, nothing too spectacular.
Light mouth feel, while the flavor is a little ; this is quite a refreshing beer.
Overall, this wasn't a bad beer, just nothing too spectacular.
