This beer was not all that bad. I liked the citrus flavor that it had to it, I also liked the caramel flavor that it has as well. The aroma of this beer was good as well. I liked the golden color that this beer as as well. I also liked the white head that this beer has as well.

Oh, this was such a good brew.
A bronze/orange color body with an off-white head.
The smell was a little citrusy with a hoppy and spicy property.
The taste consisted of malt, very nice but suttle hop bitterness, with an almost exotic, spicy flavor.
The finish was medium- not too watery or full. It was thickly flavored, as I would best say. However, it was refreshing and crisp.
This is one of the highlights of Chattanooga.

Malty with a caramel flavor and not much hops to speak about. Light orange color, seems english style and in my opinion it could definitely stand to have the hops kicked up about four notches. Not a bad beer just needs some hops dammit. I'm not sure why they call it imperial as it is nothing of the sort.

This is one of my favorite pale ales. It pours into the stein, clear orange with a great thick foamy head that continually replinishes from the perfect carbonation and gives off a light floral hop nose. I love to quaff a couple of these after a hot day sculling on the Tennessee River, to replenish my carbs and rehydrate my body. It is very drinkable, a thirst quencher with a light mouth, a bitter palate, and an extra bitter finish.

Tried this on-tap at the downtown Chattanooga restaurant. Pours an orange-ish caramel color with a thin, white head. Aromas of citrus and caramel - interesting blend. Clean, crisp malty taste with a light hoppy finish. Travels well. An easy drinker, with a little bit of complexity.

This beer was pretty bitter. The color was typical for the style and there was a small head. The taste was very bitter with a buttery aftertaste. The hops were noticable and made this beer one of the better ones from Big River. I could drink this beer again sometime. A good beer to session.

Golden in color. There wasn't much head to it. There was a little bit of lacing down the side of the glass. Slight grapefruit nose of hops. There was a medium body of matls, with a semi-bitter finish. An OK session beer, but the "Imperial" in the name deceives you into feeling that there may be more to the beer.

Light amber color and the head laces nicely. There is low hops. I read the name and didn't realize that the Imperial was part of the name of the beer and not the name of the style so I was expecting a big hoppy IPA. This isn't an IPA like I was expecting but more of an English-style pale ale. Sweet with a nice caramel maltiness. Not a bad session beer.
