L- Bright yellow tint, looks like honey, amber
S- Smells like wheat with a hint of something sweet
T- Little donut on the aftertaste. A lot of different spices forward.
M- Light and lots of carbonation
O- Overall very great, reminds me of other christmasy/holiday beers. Not jelly donut though

Poured a bright reddish copper with a finger of head. The nose has definite notes of tarty fruit. The flavor was dominated by the sour raspberry and cherry flavors with a nice underlying dose of sweetness to counteract the tartness. The body was thinner than I expected.
This was an interesting endeavor but I could not help being disappointed as I expected a heavy winter malt bomb with hints of tart fruitiness. That's not even close to what this offering turned out to be.

Pretty color, nice aromas.
The fruit flavors taste natural, kudos.
Way too sweet for me, but I appreciate the concept. A fun project, thanks.
I like the 8 hops/malts/ABV nod to Hanukkah. Clever.
