Served at Birrificio Del Levante's HQ in Bitritto, IT (BA) in a Tulip style glass.
A - Beer poured into a Tulip style glass with a two finger, white colored head; held well and formed a solid amount of sticky lacing on the side of the glass; beer has a cloudy reddish color body (dark amber)
S - Heavy spice scents of coriander and orange peel; nice biscuit/bread malt flavor; light licorice hidden in there
T - Nice caramel malt profile; spicey coriander and orange peel notes; peach taste
M - Bubbly; deep dry aftertaste; followed up by a semi-sweet floral aftertaste; peach sweetness
D - Nice brew; great flavor profile; very easy to drink and would go great with a nice meal or two
