Cloudy, brownish-orange body; flecks of yeast floating in suspension; thin, sticky head; large rings of lacing coat the glass. Strong pineapple and grapefruit scent hits the nose; doses of peach and nectarines. Grapefruit sweetness and tangy on the palate; bold bitter edge to things; some alcohol taste comes through. Medium-heavy in body; some boozy heat; initial rich sweetness gives way to a rather dry and yeasty finish.

This appears to be a new offering from Pikes Peak and what a great addition. It really packs on the fruitiness in the aroma and initial taste yet also delivers a nice counterpoint of hop bitterness and alcohol dryness. An all-around excellent take on Belgian styled beers.
