Pale, golden yellow, unfiltered haziness; good head, thick and foamy; nice sheets and rings of foam encircle the glass. Fine, grainy and cracker-like aroma with just a touch of chili pepper in the background. Well-rounded taste; biscuit-like malt; mild to moderate chili pepper taste; a bit of pepper and hop bitterness at the finish. Medium body; soft and velvety; mild to moderate chili pepper heat.
I could not find any release information on this beer's brewing components, but by and large, this is a satisfying, relatively mild chili beer. It's not too hot or spicy and has a fantastic mouthfeel.
