Fruity notes from the lager yeast, along with a touch of German hop aroma. Crisp and refreshing, with dominant malt and yeast character.

Very nice looking beer; clear, light gold body; dense and slow-rising carbonation; thick, white head, long-lasting with a partial sculpted appearance. Initial waft of fruity esters and mild floral hop notes; nice toasted grain scent follows. Very pleasant taste; light grain base with a slight mineral bite; delicately sweet; nice hop bitterness adds balance; clean. Medium body; crisp; finishes with a light dryness.
Few things beat a good pilsner, especially one made locally. This Italian-style pilsner delivers some tasty pleasures to the discriminating palate.
ABV: 5.4%; pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: 5/20/24
