Pours a clear, copper color. 4/5 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight hop, slight alcohol, hint of citrus, and yeast. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, slight hop, slight alcohol, hint of citrus, hint of sweet malt, and yeast. Overall, great appearance, good aroma and blend, but the body is very subtle.
