On tap at the brewpub under the name Excalibur ESB. I assume this is the same beer.

The beer pours an orange color with a white head. The aroma is fairly faint. I get a little bit of toffee and grass, but overall the beer doesn't have much of an aroma. The flavor is more prominent. I get a lot of toffee malt with some grassy hop notes. As the beer warms I also get some pine notes from the hops. Very easy to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Called the Excalibur ESB during my trip to NXNW. The color is a very dark amber with almost no head by the time the beer arrives at my table. The aroma is of dark toasted malts with a strong chocolate flavor. The taste is much like the aroma, malty with chocolate flavors in the mix. A little bit of earthy malt flavor and hop spice give this more character. The flavors aren't what I was expecting from an ESB, but I still found this to be very flavorful.

Appearance: Slightly hazy toned copper color; exhibits a decent snow-white head and is mildly carbonated

Aroma: Begins with rich, toasted malts, accented by citrus hops, and a slight grain husk.

Taste: Opens with flavorful toasted malts which carry the taste to the finish, soon after followed by crisp and lingering citrus hops with a slightly oily cast.

Mouth feel: Smooth and fairly full.

Drinkability/notes: Surprisingly refreshing, a nice alternative to the usual summer lagers.
