Bottle shared by alexsdad06.

Pours a hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate malt, tart citrus, ginger and alcohol aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sour finish of moderate duration.

Soft drinkable beer.

Appearance - pours a hazy but deep straw color. A thin, wispy and swirly cover, looks like cirrus clouds on top of the beer.

Aroma - nicely sweet and fruity, with a light touch of funk.

Taste - starts with a sweet, fruity citrus bouquet (orange specifically), the light yeast and Saison-style funk blending well. Some pleasant spiciness, nothing especially complex but nicely balanced. A faint tart bite on the swallow, good balance to the initial sweet side. Finishes lemony, orangey, and dry.

Mouthfeel - light body, per the style, a fruity oily kind of smoothness.

Drinkability - perhaps the 'craftiest' beer at NXNW. Very well done and I enjoyed the bottle while relaxing at the nearby Staybridge.
