Poured a light golden body that is more clear than cloudy with minimal fizzy head and lace. Aroma is light with a bit of yeast, not much funk and has some tropical fruits as well. Smooth, easy and clean, like tropical fruit/pear-esque type flavors with minimal funkiness and some crispness on the finish.

Served in a nonic at their new place in Portland.
Appearance: A two finger head was poured that reduced to a puffy layer. It is a hazy pale yellow color with good clarity and vision of tiny bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Citrus, tropical, herbal, danky, and piney hops followed by pepper, pilsner and pale malts. Some yeasty, green apple, and vanilla notes in there too.
Taste: Definitely get that hop forward flavor with chewy and pale malts, bitterness, pepper, yeasty notes, green apple, and vanilla.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, refreshing, light to medium bodied, dry, medium to high carbonation, light bitterness, and some chewy notes.
Overall: I dig it. Nice American hop forward saison.
