Enjoyed at the bottle room on a beerventure through Maine with JLindros. Reviewed from notes.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a clear pale almost straw hue with thin head that leaves thin blanket.
S - Aromas of funk, straw, light lemons, great clean aromas. So much farmhouse for such a low abv.
T - Taste is clean farmhouse funk, nice faint lemons, crisp bright musty barn.
M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this beer was tasty, clean, bright.

Tap at the barrel room
Nice creamy head, decent lacing, clear pale light lemony color.
Nose nice farmhouse funk, light spices, little lemony and grassy, great Brett like funk.
Taste is lighter, light toasty malt, grassy and hay like, with nice farmhouse funk, earthy herbal funk not quite Brett, little lemony, touch dough, light grassy hop note, touch of spices. Finish is dry grainy, little grassy hop, mild earthy funk.
Mouth is lighter bod, nice carb.
Overall quite nice, good funk but just too light.

Classic bready base malts and a dose of floral hops for balance combine with the light esters from the yeast. A very easy drinking saison. Mild alcohol with a refreshing tart finish.
