Sarcophagus is a dark farmhouse ale brewed with oats, spelt, and midnight wheat fermented and aged in bourbon barrels with a mixed culture of bacteria and wild yeast.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Gold Session. Light brown color. Aroma has acetic notes, balsamico, wood and toasted malt. Taste is tart, mineral, woody and earthy with light bitterness on the finish and dry aftertaste.
