09.04.17. Drank out of a tulip, poured from a 750 ml counter pressure sealed bottle bought at the Portland location that day.

Look - Slightly hazy pale gold, half and inch white head that diminished to nothing pretty fast but left a little lace.

Smell - Fresh hay and wild flowers.

Taste - Light and only minimally bitter. Fresh cut grass, some lemon. Really tasty.

Feel - Light and crisp mouthfeel - just right for the style.

Overall - The perfect summer saison. Gets better as it warms, but I refilled it from the fridge often so I didn't let it get too warm anyway. Drinking this, I feel like what a Belgian farmhand would drink after a day in the fields. Well done Oxbow!

12 oz. in a stange at the brewery in Portland

Appearance: Cloudy straw. Big, puffy, creamy, appealing head.

Aroma: Great hoppy aroma. Fruity, inviting. Fresh.

Taste: Cut hay, lemon, hops, a little citrus, fresh grass.

Mouthfeel: Refreshing, fresh, grassy.

Overall: Really good hoppy saison. Oxbow was born to make stuff like this.
