Served in a tulip glass but it still leaves a blanket of lace. Straw to gold color with a light haze.
Mild sourness to the nose. Light pale malt smell as well.
Spicy flavor of black pepper and mild chili peppers. High carbonation with a moderate body. The aftertaste is brief considering its bitterness. A great example of a very good Saison.
