500 ml dated 2017, drank from small 10 oz Oxbow teku, January, 2010.
Poured a clear gold color, no head.
Nose was lightly vinous and acidy.
Taste was tart and all about the gueuse, didn't get any smoke flavor. Really improved as it warmed and reminded me of a Flanders red, except the blond version.
Mouthfeel was quenching and tart. Really nice.
Really well done Oxbow and Monks! Hope to hit this place in Philly one of these days!
