Greenish gold color. Tiny head that disappears within a minute. Microscopic spots (obviously an exaggeration but you get the idea).
Sweet smell with a touch of sour. Light brettanomyces in the background.
Extraordinarily dry, particularly given the smell. Bitter and sour finish. Neutral body with an elevated effervescence. The aftertaste becomes more and more sour with time.
