Again & Again is a farmhouse table beer brewed with 100% Maine-grown hops, barley, and oats, and fermented with brettanomyces. Light straw in color with bright notes of tropical fruit, fresh-cut grass, lemon rind, and white pepper with a light body and dry and zesty finish.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy straw color with a huge effervescent white head. The head is fluffy and persistent, leaving a few spots of cobweb lacing.
The aroma brings notes of Brett funk, green apples, grass, and cereal grains. There's a faint hint of lemon zest here as well.
The flavor is funky and subtly tart up front, bringing notes of Brett and green apple skin. The middle is grainy and yeasty, before a wave of grass, cracked pepper and the absolute foggiest idea of vanilla on the finish.
The feel is light bodied with exceptional carbonation. Crisp and dry and extremely refreshing.
Overall, a great farmhouse ale that packs a ton of flavor for such a low ABV. It's absurdly drinkable and equally refreshing.

Pours a light pale straw. It's got funky Brett with a touch of cereal grain possibly THP on the finish that isn’t pronounced. I liked the funkiness initially but that grainy, cereal note really does not work for me.
