A: The beer is a little hazy reddish mahogany in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass that completely faded away.
S: Moderate aromas of the Leon Millot grapes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of grape-like favors along with hints of black cherries.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very unique and somewhat tastes like a hybrid between a red wine and a saison. The taste is quite complex and is very pleasant to sip and savor.
