A: Hazy golden hue with short foamy off-white head with average retention and sparse lacing.

S: Lightly phenolic, lively aroma, grassy, slight Brett fruitiness, lemon citrus and lemongrass herbal aroma.

T: Flavor is also lively with grassy, lemon verbena flavor with Bretty pineapple and strong herbal, earthy character. Hoppy with medium bitterness. Delicious and cohesive with complexity.

M: Light bodied with light glycerol touch and dry, dry finish with high-average carbonation.

O: Exceptional beer with a delicious lemongrass herbal nature with light body and dry finish. This beer is alive.

Pours a lovely straw gold with a slight haze to the clarity and a dense, rocky, one inch, bright white head. Nose is bright - hints of citrus, grassy notes and hints of honey. Taste consistent with nose; however, less apparent and there's some light, herbal phenols in the mix, as well as some yeast and bready notes. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild, even carbonation. Overall, very much akin to the other variants with perhaps a little less honey character.
