A fine saison from Oxbow but I honestly dont see a lot of difference from the Blueberry and Japanese Knotwood honey varieties, possibly a bit more grassy and herbal but it's not much of a difference. Meadowfoam is the clear winner of the group of Dance Language beers.

Pours a lovely honey-colored hue with a translucent clarity and a two inch, rocky, bright white head. Nose expresses a classic Belgian Saison yeast profile. Taste consistent with nose - not sure what the black sage imparts to the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light in body with a bright carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Overall, a decent representation of the style, but not sure what the honey imparts.
