Pours a light honey color, slight bit of haze that mostly clears with warmth. Thick, soapy white head that hangs forever. It falls to about a quarter inch, mad cling to the glass.
Fabulous aroma. Starts with a nice level of funk that seems Brett to me but I think this is a mixed fermentation. A little yeasty, a nice white wine grape, mild citrus, estery and floral and wildflower honey. Jasmine tea. Grassy and mildly spicy like Noble hops. It's got some funk yet it smells clean.
The taste is taking the morphing path with each sip hitting a bit different with a lot going on. Wildflower honey yet not overly sweet. The citrus comes thru as tangerine to me. Jasmine tea with bright floral aromatics. I do get a Noble hope taste and a nice little bitter kick. A spicy clove flavor pops up waaaaaayyyy into the aftertaste. Mildly funky, no souring at all. The grain - light and earthy, fresh rustic bread.
Light feel, bright and refreshing. Fairly lively.
This tastes like Spring in a glass to me. It's delicate, the flavors are subtle and layered and work together cumulatively. This is what Oxbow does but it is more what Oxbow IS. Great beer and no way I did it justice.

Purchased this beer at my favorite beer shop in Dallas. Nice, mellow saison, silky smooth and full of many flavors.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Slightly murky bright yellow color with a huge foamy head and excellent curtain lacing. Funky herbal and floral smell and taste. The smooth mellowness come from the funky sweetness of the wild honey. Very enjoyable beer!

Found on tap in NYC 10/9/21. Definitely worth seeking out, especially of you find out on tap.

no surprise this is fabulous, this is precisely what oxbow does well. its a saison done with honey and elderflowers and all maine ingredients, amazing to score this on tap! man i wish oxbow was sold here in idaho, i adore them. this is delicate and flavorful and light, super funky without being very sour, more brett than bacteria, although sort of a mixed culture vibe to the fermentation profile, some saison yeast esters too, green grape, kiwi fruit, generic citrus, really clean for being funky, bone dry, subtle in the right ways, but exceedingly interesting at the same time, par for the course for oxbow. the honey here is more floral than sweet to me, especially since it is inseparable from the elderflower in this, springy and delicate, light jasmine and orange blossom here too, and more hops than expected, bittering in the end helping crisp the finish to an almost lagered place, but also with some noble grassy and spicy tones which add a lot to this, super cool with the honey. the grain is rustic and earthy and also dry, higher terroir than is common, and it comes through in such a light beer really nicely. wonderful texture too, feels bottle conditioned which is unique in a draft pour, just super well refined. another absolute gem from these guys, i always feel lucky when i get to drink their beer, definitely one of my favorite breweries in the country!

Pours a pale straw golden. White head. It is lightly hazy. It smells slightly skunky, in the Dupont in green glass fashion. Some freshly cut flowers too. There's a herbal elderflower/heathery note that is caressed by a soft cantaloupey, honey dew-y body. There's a touch of peppery bitterness and that classic saison yeast clove on the finish. Oxbow and the ladies of the Pink Boots Society knocked this one out of the park.
