I think this is a cuvee or blended beer. It's very good. I think it's better than Thirez. A nice moderate balance of sour, tart and the usual farmhouse ale flavors. The sour isn't overdone like in most American spontaneous beers. It's up there with Allagash Resurgam as far as a well balanced sour though the beers are different in style. It's not cheap but it's a very labor and time intensive beer. Very good stuff. Get some if you can find it. I got a couple of bottles in Portland at their tap room.
