05/20/20 bottle from Blending and Bottling in Portland. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with two fingers of fluffy white head, smell is doughy/bready malts and musty vegetal/grassy spice, taste is floral and sour up front with pithy lemon rind and hints of pine, finishes with bitter lemon zest, feel is light, bright, and dry. A great lemony centennial crusher!
