12oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $3.99. Canned on 10/01/20, making this almost 11 months old. The can says to enjoy within 6 months, but I think we'll still be okay here.
Look: Pours a light straw color with a moderate haziness. The head didn't stick around for long.
Smell: Has very nice aromas of lime, lime zest, grapefruit zest and juice, and some mustiness. It smells really refreshing.
Taste: Very refreshing. It's hard to say which citrus fruit is more dominant - lime or grapefruit. At different stages on the palate, a different element wins. Up front, it's definitely acidic from the lime juice and the pithniness and flavor of the grapefruit membrane also comes through. It's very refreshing as the finish is relatively dry. The salt and minerality definitely come through on the finish.
Feel: With spritzy carbonation, this beer is light yet not lacking in flavor at all.
Overall: I recently tried Surfcasting, and while both are yummy I think that I prefer this one as it is a bit more complex.

Can from Vinyl Beer on the IES NYC. Pours opaque stray yellow with a finger of fluffy white head, nice lacing, smell is candied grapefruit peel, citrusy caramel and floral honey, the slightest hint of grassy funk, taste is floral agave, lemon lime and grapefruit soda, hint of lime zest and funky grass, feel is light and bright. Paloma indeed!

12 oz can into a chalice.
Pours a cloudy yellow color with 2 fingers of effervescent white head. Decent retention with some cobwebs of lacing.
The aroma is metallic up front, followed by some light funk, lime juice, grapefruit and sea salt. Lightly floral.
The flavor is overpowered a bit by the lime and sea salt. Faint hints of grapefruit, wheat and funk. Finishes with a significant amount of salinity.
The feel is light and crisp. Very dry.
Overall, this is an OK grisette. I get what they were going for here but it just doesn't quite hit the mark. Tastes more like a hard lime seltzer with a bit too much salt added.
