Pours an orange marmalade type color, white head. Funky brett and fermented grapes on the nose. This is markedly composed. Lemongrass drives this farmhouse ale with a hint of the the grapes coming through on the finish. The balance and poise is spot on, it is not at all acidic and the brett character of the mixed culture really shines. The slight bit of tang and grape gummy candy on the finish provides something to stop, ponder, and appreciate. It's been a while since I've taken part of Saison Saturday but when a new Oxbow bottle pops up on shelves, I've got to cop and pop it. This is just a pleasant beer to drink.

Bottled 7/21/20. Opaque deep amber pour with some clarity under a white head; ok cap retention; solid ring; soapy bands of lacing. Nose is Welch’s white grape juice with a whiff of funk. Grape juice upon entry, tart fruit - apples, pears, grapes; semi sweet base; light funk. Light body ; prickly moderate carbonation; crisp clean dry effervescent. Overall, very enjoyable; good tart fruit linger; light and easy drinking; not too tart nor too funky for a farmhouse. Nice!
