Can from Blending and Bottling in Portland, ME. Pours a mostly clear yellow gold with a finger of rocky white head that sticks around, nice lacing; smell is sourdough wheat bread, biscuits, grains and hay, funky grassy hops; taste is sourdough, wheat bread, grains, hint of herbal lemon and bayberry, grassy finish; feel is medium bodied, medium carbonation, mild carbonic bite. Funky, malty, grassy goodness.

Bottle. Hazy golden orange with lasting head and lace. Grassy peppery herbal aroma with hints of bubblegum and vanilla. Medium-full sweetness with hints of orange vanilla and honey with peppery herbal long medium-light bitterness in fairly dry finish. Medium-light body very fine carbo. Very slightly cloying but not offensively. Delicious.

750 ml bottle bought from the brewery in October, 2021. Drank a week later out of a tulip.
Probably one of the freshest most well rounded saisons I’ve ever had. Just Oxbow being Oxbow.
Pale gold color, nice white head, perfect lacing, head remains throughout entire pour.
Smell was fresh sweet hay.
Taste followed smell with a nice ale taste. The definition of a coiffable farmhouse ale that you want to coiff, but you also want to savor.
Mouthfeel was medium to thick for the style - the head that remained sorta made it feel thicker too.
Great beer, makes me really appreciate their non-wild side of the house again as as I haven had one of their saisons in a while. Cheers!

Pours a light gold. When yeast is introduce the color becomes a shade darker and hazy. The smell is of oak and vanilla subtleties. No barrel here though. Wet hay. Crabgrass. Taste follows the nose with some sweet lemon. The feel is very dry but with the addition of the yeast it mellows out.
A good example of the saison.
