Clear bottle, and it spews out of the bottle a little bit, but I was able to catch most of it in the glasses. It pours a golden sunny-looking orange color, with a small fizzy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like apricot, white wine, spicy funk, and some citrus.
The carbonation on this gives it a bit of a fizzy, almost seltzer-ish feel to it, and it somewhat detracts. The apricot character is done very well, and the rhubarb melds well with the house funk, giving this a nice floral and spicy taste to it.
This is fizzy and a bit too overcarbonated, but it's drinkable enough anyway.
This has a lot of good qualities to it, but the mouthfeel and carbonation are just a little off.

A very nice farmhouse style ale that leans towards the funky side -- lots of wet hay, horse, cow, barnyard funk, even a bit of vanillin character. Apricot is well-integrated in a way that doesn't scream 'apricot!' but instead contributes to the subtle complexity of the mixed yeast culture. Cool bottling in clear glass (make sure to keep out of sunlight!)
