500 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells aggressive. It's real funky right up front. Not quite acetic, not quite butyric. Not sure what it is. Oak and citrus are there too. Tastes really funky also. This time I get much more acetic acid. Oak, white wine, lemon, pine. Dry and pretty sour. Can't say I'm a fan of this one. Is it quinine? If I had a better palate, I'd know what that flavor is.

Lighter carb. Unfiltered golden yellow body. Citrus and floral hop bite with a medium lighter acetic acidity, dab of wet straw. Citrus acetic acidity, lemony with a light, dry oak presence. Interesting but could be a little bit less bitter for my tastes.

Bottle from B&B in Portland. Pours an opaque semi hazy dark straw gold with a finger of creamy white head that lingers, decent lacing, smell is plum skin, tart golden raisin, funky white grape juice, green apple flesh, hints of vanilla, cantaloupe, and plum cake, taste is tart green apple flesh, musty white wine, plum skin, plum cake, funky grass and oak on the finish, feel is light and lively, soft carbonation, medium acidity and minimal carbonic bite, nice minerality, dry finish. A balanced white grape, apple, and plum forward champagne-esce treat.
