Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color with a thin cap that fades to a collar; a few squiggles of lace
Smell: Farmhouse funk with lemon and mineral tones
Taste: Lemon and farmhouse yeast flavors with a mineral tone building; oak emerges, after the swallow and the finsih is moderately tart
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation
Overall: Rather straightforward Grisette with some nice oak and tart lemon elements
