Glad to have purchased this beer from the Craft Beer Cellar in Dallas.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Bright clear yellow color with good initial head with little residual lacing. Crisp, refreshing lemon and herb smell and taste. Nice hoppy bitterness mellowed by the herbal background. Earthy and funky and active. Nice beer to enjoy on an early spring evening!
