Draft into 12oz Plastic cup at tap house

Look: cloudy golden yellow, pouring a creamy 1 finger head which dissipated into a cap
Smell: yeasty, touch of funk, doughy wheat malt, and lemon. Hay and fresh cut grass. Weak-med strength nose
Taste: copy and paste of the nose. Funky yeast and doughy wheat malt and some dry yeast. Sweet green apple before a hit of lemon. As this fades a crackers malt note comes in, still some funk present. Finish carries this out slowly. Lingering doughy malt and funk
Feel: light- medium body, moderate high carbonation, refreshing
Overall: Good session farmhouse. Tasty and complex, perfect for those that want something funky and wheat, but without the abv in

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a puffy head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading very slowly over time and leaving tons of streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is of a light funky smell mixed with a decently grainy and wheat aroma, mixed with a light caramel and apple cider vinegar. Along with these smells comes a light green apple and a touch of hay and grass.
Taste – The taste starts out with a crisp cracker and grainy malt flavor mixed with a light funkiness and some hay. There is a tiny sweetness of caramel and apple, along with a light green apple taste. As the taste advances the funk increases a bit while the sweet fades and the grain increases. The grass increases a bit as well as the hay, leaving one with a light and slightly funky taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is very light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the tastes and style, the feel is spot on making this a supper easy low abv. sipper.
Overall – A rather decent, low abv. farmhouse. Nice for a session summer sipper.
