Ebenezer's 2013. Reviewed from notes.

A- Dark amber beer from the tap into a stemmed goblet. Off-white head forms to about a finger with a fizzy-foamy texture. Falls to a small ring after just a few moments and lace is hard to come by.

S- Spicy and Bretty farmhouse feel. Dried out grassy barnyard but not funky, rank or horsey. Fairly clean actually but the cedar does stick out as well as some grape-like fruits. Earthy.

T- Saison and Brett, pretty clean, yeast feel in a super dried out flavor. Some phenolic clove spice, raisin and citrus fruits. Peppercorn, grassy, earthy and generally spicy. Cedar is pretty big, especially with some warmth but nothing like CCB Dos Costas big.

MF- Super dry light end body with a medium-high spritzy carbonation. Slight spicy bitterness in the finish.

Super unique with nice fruits, spice and a pretty well done use of cedar.

On-tap at Meridian Pint.

Pours a dark clear amber copper color.

Smell is sweet grain malts, a little spice, earthy notes and light funk.

The taste is a little metallic at first. Then there are citrus and floral hops fighting to come through, tastes a little tangy, some funk and herbs.

Medium bodied, finishes smooth.
