Copenhagen 14/9 2019. 33 cl can from Vinbørsen, Nordre Frihavsgade, Kbh Ø. Drawing of a very apocalyptic scenario including a nuclear bomb, hungry sharks and even an Airplane with teeth. All inside a yawning jaws with pointy fangs.
Quite unusual opening of the can as the whole top of the can goes off. Nice if you are drinking from the can. Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam, struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is intense, fruity sweet, laden with alcohol and with a distinct citric touch. Sweet ripe peach and mango. Fermented with hints of decay. Boozy odor peeking in. Notes of Grape fruit and pine.
Medium carbonation. Thick, viscous, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a prominent strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undercurrent. Lingering. Dry finish.
Powerful DIPA finding a fine balance between bitterness and booziness.

Effervescent yet neutral mouthfeel with pale lemony look. Very nice and refreshing flavor for a DIPA. Hops rather regressive, so neither bitter nor sweet.
