Copenhagen 19/9 2020. 33 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Extremely pastry-like can with various types cakes, chocolate sprinkled letters and glazed pastries in different shades of brown.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small beige head. A bit bubbly. Leaves thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong, dessert-like odor of milk-chocolate, brown sugar in abundance with a boozy twist. Lactose and sweet liquor. A bit like a cookie with a hang over.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, smooth, fat, creamy texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a very light bitterness. Aftertaste is strong and sweet. Lingering. Finish is sugary with a light boozy touch.
A boozy, smooth cookie beer. What's not to like?

Served in a half pint glass from the can here at cervecería Esparte.
Appearance: Semi thick black body with a dark tan head rising half a finger's length from the body.
Smell: Chocolate with hints of creamy vanilla and more coconut.
Taste: Creamy, almost to the point it feels like a chocolate marble cheesecake.
Mouth: Medium carbonation coming off soft.
Overall: Full body with a sticky after taste. Worth grabbing if you're ever so lucky. Salud!
