Copenhagen 7/11 2020. 33 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. The usual DIAC design with squirting letters, pastry letters and fruits swimming around in chocolate. This time the splotches is in green to celebrate the pistachio.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized, lightly beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sweet dessert-like odor of milk chocolate, lactose, pistachio, vanilla, brown sugar in abundance and a bit of sweet, boozy liqueur peeking in.
Medium strong carbonation. Thick, viscous, soft, smooth texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a light sourness. Like cream gone bad. Aftertaste has a sweet intensity. Lingering. Sweet pastry like finish.
As usual Amundsen lives up to the concept of cramming a dessert into a can supplemented with a healthy amount of alcohol.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Eventide 2. Perfil pasteloso agradable pero que no llega a resultar algo sorprendente. Tampoco es que sepa demasiado a oistachono galletas, sino más bien tiene el sabor estándar de la mayoría de Pastry stouts
