Copenhagen 23/10 2020. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Weird, star pattern in gold, grey and white on the can.

Pours opaque dark brown with a dark beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is intense with a strong sweet odor of chocolate and molasses mingling with a boozy sourish scent. Cake-like and sugary. Sweet dessert liqueur.

Medium strong carbonation. Thick, smooth yet tingling texture. Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. Finish is sweet and boozy.

I must admit I never enjoyed a Churro- but judging from this I missed out on a very sweet experience.

 

The beer pours a glossy black body with a light caramel frothy head top, smells sweet chocolaty, slightly vanilla and cinammon; tastes of dark chocolate, black coffee, liquorice hints, and creamy vanilla and cinammon in the aftertaste, it is a sweet beer and the high abv is well hidden in the sweetness of its components, feels thick on the palate, overall it is a really amazing brew, the only thing I missed on this beer is the pastry taste as it is labelled as a double churro the pastry element is not quite present on my cans, however all the other flavours coffee, chocolate, lactose are present and very intense.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a God of War 2 Chains of Olympus y, luego, a Kathy Rain. Con jamón ibérico del Mercadona y picos. Muy dulce, con un cuerpo sedoso y un intensísimo perfil a cacao que si que le trae ciertos recuerdos a churros con chocolate. Por detrás del cacao también asoma algo de cafe. El problema es que con tanto alcohol termina subiéndose. Debería ir en 33cl
