Copenhagen 16/10 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Colorful can with a very overloaded glass of ice cream with a cherry on top.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet sugary odor mingling with a bit of fruit and alcohol. Toffee, caramel and brown. Strawberry ice cream. Almond liqueur. The alcohol gets stronger as the beer warms up.
Low carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, creamy, soft and almost flat texture. Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness.
Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is sugary yet semi-dry.
Lives up to its name being overloaded with sweetness and alcohol.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Spiderman Miles Morales. Otra deliciosa Pastry imperial stout de Amundsen, en la que los 11.5 grados de alcohol están tremendamente bien disimulados e incluso resulta refrescante
