Black, not as syrupy as other pastry stouts, with only a bit of foam.
Extremely sweet on the nose, chocolate/vanilla, caramel mostly.
Flavors: this is where it gets more interesting, still lots of chocolate and vanilla, but some salted popcorn appears, hazelnut as well.

Finish has a hint of cacao bitterness (dark chocolate).

25/06/2021. De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Fortnite. Esta bastante rica, pero no puedo evitar pensar que el paso por barrica tiene pinta de no haberle sentado bien, acrecentando el alcohol y tapando el perfil Pastry con notas a madera que tampoco es que digan mucho. Cómo desearía poder probar versión base.


2/3/2022. De Labirratorium. En copa Basqueland. Con queso de Codi. Jugando a Forntnite y Larry Wet. Otro buen pastelito de amundsen el que el elevado alcohol se integra muy bien
