Copenhagen 29/3 2025- 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Frb. F. A surfer in a brown and red maelstrom of candy and chocolate sauce on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of dark malts, brown sugar nd alcohol. Dark toasted malts, brown sugar in abundance, toffee and caramel. Sweet ripe cherries, lactose and dark chocolate. Dark alcohol looming in the background.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, soft, fat, a little sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong candy-like sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is sugary Cherries and alcohol.
Potent Cherry Stout.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Comprando birras y jugando a Sea of Stars. Con pipas de calabaza del Jamón. Imperial stout muy equilibrada, con unas notas a cereza suaves que en ningún momento desentonan ni toman más protagonismo del deseable. Muy bien integradas. Feel estupendo, muy suave. No se sube nada
