Copenhagen 28/5 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like an Alien in a red spacesuit doing a flashy Devil Horn gesture on the can.

Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet for of stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Sweet peach and nectarine. Tangerine and lemon. Sharp citrus.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, smooth and soft yet lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.

Refreshing and fairly intense despite a modest ABV.

Moderate, dense foamy head. Slow to recedes and leaves 3D lace on the glass. The liquid is cloudy making the golden color have a whitish hue.

Spicy white pepper nose. Pale malt background.

Brief malt flavor gives way to the peppery bite. Decent body with normal carbonation. The aftertaste fades slowly leaving the pepper.

440 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.2%. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Light bodied as expected, citric and fizzy mouthfeel. Not too bad for its ABV, though. Citric flavour, also notes of tropical fruits, not too sweet, moderate to low bitterness, moreish.
