33 cl draft pull at V&B Toulouse.
Nice looking brew. Dark with a beige topper.
Kinda Guinness with chocolate on the nose.
Doesn’t hit the palate like a pastry stout, no, it comes in mildly sweet with expressive caramel malt notes. Caramel and salt are not a player.
Mouth is creamy and medium full, medium carbonation.
Overall, nice base beer that would benefit from a build up to Imperial status and maybe barrel age treatment. It’s kinda naked in this format.
