Served in a pint glass from the draft here at cervecerÃa Esparte in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Semi thin to thick body with a black frame accompanied with a tan head which dissipates after one sip.
Smell: Hazelnut aroma which makes love to the nostrils.
Taste: Sweet chocolate and heavy Tonka which makes the beer very addicting. Vanilla, fudge, and light coffee...what an incredible combo.
Mouth: strong after taste which overpowers a roast pork dish I brought along with me. Soft carbonation full body but there a points in the beer which could be a touch more carbonated. Keep in mind this is off the tap and not a fresh can or bottle.
Overall: Great grab, honestly I would buy quite a few of these to bring back to the states just to show some American brewers what they are missing out on. Salud!
